The transmission is one of the main components of the Petrol Car transmission system. Each gear has a different transmission ratio, which is equivalent to the meshing of the small gear and the large gear to produce different speeds. When driving at low speed, a low transmission ratio (3rd gear and below) is used, and the large shaft speed is lower than the Petrol Car engine speed. According to the formula P=FV, a greater driving force can be obtained. When driving at high speed, a high transmission ratio (4th gear and above) is used, and the large shaft speed is higher than the Petrol Car engine speed. The traction force is reduced to obtain a higher speed. The gear shift is to select different sizes of gears and the gears of the large shaft to mesh.
