1. Use sealant as much as possible, and paint can be used as a substitute if necessary to achieve an ideal sealing effect;
3. Add lubricating grease as required, and regularly clean and unclog vents and one-way valves;
4. Assemble under extremely clean conditions, and there should be no bumps, scratches, burrs or other attachments on the working surface of the parts;
5. Strictly follow the operating procedures, and seals should be installed correctly to prevent deformation due to inadequate installation;
6. Master the performance specifications and use requirements of seals, and replace failed parts in time;
7. For thin-walled parts such as side covers, use sheet metal cold work for correction; easily worn shaft hole parts can use metal spraying, welding, gluing, machining and other processes to achieve the original factory size;
8. Nuts that are threaded, broken, or loose should be repaired or replaced with new parts, and tightened to the specified torque.
Chery Car parts manufacturers say that spark plugs are composed of two parts: an insulator and a metal shell. The metal shell has threads, which are used to screw into the cylinder. An insulator is installed in the shell, which runs through a center electrode. The upper end of the center electrode has a wiring nut, which connects the high-voltage wire from the distributor. A ground electrode is welded on the lower end of the shell. There is a gap of 0.6-1.0 mm between the center electrode and the ground electrode. When high-voltage electricity enters the ground through this gap, sparks will burst out and ignite the mixture. The high voltage generated by the ignition device is applied between the center electrode and the side electrode of the spark plug to ionize the gas between them, thereby destroying the insulation state between the electrodes and generating current, which discharges to generate electric sparks. The ignition caused by electric sparks activates the combustion particles through spark discharge between the electrodes, and produces a thermal effect to form a flame core, and finally forms a flame that expands to the periphery with its own combustion as the center.
