For the measurement of cylinder compression pressure, the main thing is the pressure at the end of compression of four-stroke Petrol Car engine. Because of the cylinder pressure, oil viscosity, and the cylinder piston group, the valve mechanism is adjusted correctly, the cylinder gasket is sealed, and other factors, so when measuring the cylinder pressure of the Petrol Car engine, the cylinder piston group can be diagnosed. If the piston ring, valve, and cylinder gasket are sealed well, the valve gap must be appropriate.
2. Muffler strength test
The muffler consists of an outer cylinder and an internal honeycomb. The two parts are combined together by mechanical buckle technology because they are in special environments such as high temperature and vibration. We know that the quality of this process depends on the precision of the design. If the combination is not firm, it will loosen or fall off due to high temperature, vibration and other factors during the use of Chery Car. However, what reassures us is that the relevant quality department has already put forward relatively strict requirements for this technology.
Regarding the practical testing method, the professional testing tools all use universal material testing machines and pressure plate fixtures to subject the two components of the muffler to upper and lower related shear forces. The repeated error of the measured results should be less than 5%.
3. Interior inspection
The interior includes seat forming materials, interior box decoration materials and adhesives.
