How much do you know about the filter of Petrol Car engine?

Petrol Car engine has three filters: air, oil and fuel. The air conditioning filter in the car is generally called "four filters". They are responsible for filtering the media in the intake system, lubrication system and combustion system cooling system of Petrol Car engine respectively.

1. The oil filter is located in the lubrication system of Petrol Car engine. Its upstream is the oil pump, and its downstream is the various parts that need lubrication in the Petrol Car engine. Its function is to filter out harmful impurities in the oil from the oil pan, and supply the crankshaft, connecting rod, camshaft, supercharger, piston ring and other moving parts with clean oil, which plays a role in lubrication, cooling and cleaning, thereby extending the life of these parts.
2. Fuel filters are divided into carburetor and electronic injection. For Petrol Car engines using carburetors, the fuel filter is located on the inlet side of the oil pump, with a low working pressure, and generally uses a nylon shell. The fuel filter of the electronic injection Petrol Car engine is located on the outlet side of the oil pump, with a high working pressure, and generally uses a metal shell.
3. Chery Car air filter is located in the Chery Car engine intake system. It is an assembly composed of one or more filter components that clean the air. Its main function is to filter out harmful impurities in the air that will enter the cylinder to reduce the early wear of the cylinder, piston, piston ring, valve and valve seat.
4. Chery Car air conditioning filter is used to filter the air in the Chery Car cabin and the air circulation inside and outside the cabin. Remove dust, impurities, smoke odor, pollen, etc. in the cabin or in the air entering the cabin to ensure the health of passengers and remove odors in the cabin.
