Analysis of factors affecting the performance of electric spindles in Petrol Car accessories

2024 05/31

The high running speed of Petrol Car accessories is one of the characteristics of electric spindles, and good lubrication of bearings is an important indicator to ensure their normal operation. Therefore, it is crucial to match a suitable electric spindle lubrication system. The factor related to lubrication that affects the running accuracy of the electric spindle is the heating of the electric spindle. The internal heat source of the electric spindle comes from two aspects:

Hongqi E Qm5

1. The heating of the spindle bearing;
2. The heating of the built-in motor of the electric spindle
To solve the heating of the motor, the Hongqi Car accessories need to cool the motor stator, which can be achieved by circulating water cooling to take away the heat of the motor; to solve the heating problem of the spindle bearing, it is necessary to take away the heat generated by the operation of the bearing in time.
The traditional thin oil lubrication is to transport a large amount of lubricating oil to achieve invasive lubrication, and at the same time, the lubricating oil takes away the heat. This lubrication method has disadvantages. First, a large amount of lubricating oil is wasted. Second, the friction between the lubricating oil molecules and the pipeline during the circulation of the lubricating oil generates a large amount of circulating heat, which causes the oil temperature to rise. At this time, the lubricating oil not only cannot play a good cooling effect, but also causes the bearing temperature to rise, which is not conducive to the performance of the spindle bearing.
Therefore, eliminating the generation of frictional heat between the molecules inside the liquid becomes the key to solving the problem. Practice shows that oil-gas lubrication can fundamentally avoid this situation. First, oil-gas lubrication provides a small amount of lubricating oil to meet the lubricating oil required by the bearing.
Secondly, oil-gas lubrication will not cause heat generated by the friction of lubricating oil molecules. At the same time, clean compressed air will take away the heat generated by the bearing and keep the spindle running at a stable temperature. This can effectively solve the problem of thermal deformation caused by temperature increase.
