3. Check the handlebar and short-circuit the positive electrode and signal line of the handlebar with iron wire. If the car rotates, it proves that the handlebar is broken and urgently needs to be replaced or repaired. Turn on the power, twist the handlebar and use a meter to measure the positive line and signal line.
