2. Muffler firmness test

If the combination is not firm, it will loosen or fall off due to factors such as high temperature and vibration during use in Changan Car. For the actual detection method, the detection tools in the industry are all universal material testing machines, with a pressure plate fixture, so that the two components of the muffler are subjected to upper and lower related shear forces. The repeatability error of the measured results should be less than 5%.
