For the measurement of cylinder compression pressure, the main thing is the pressure at the end of compression of a four-stroke Petrol Car engine. Because of the cylinder pressure, oil viscosity, and the cylinder piston group and other cooperation conditions, whether the valve mechanism is adjusted correctly, the sealing of the cylinder gasket and other factors, so when measuring the pressure of the Petrol Car engine cylinder, the sealing condition of the cylinder piston group can be confirmed. If the piston ring, valve, and cylinder gasket are sealed, the gap of the valve must be appropriate.
2. Petrol Car muffler strength test
The Petrol Car muffler consists of an outer cylinder and an internal honeycomb. The two parts are combined together by mechanical buckle technology because they are in special environments such as high temperature and vibration. We know that the quality of this process depends on the precision of the design. If the combination is not firm, it will loosen or fall off due to high temperature, vibration and other factors during the use of the car. Regarding the practical testing method, the testing tools in the industry all use all-purpose material testing machines and pressure plate fixtures to subject the two components of the Petrol Car muffler to upper and lower related shear forces. The repeated error of the measured results should be less than 5%.
