A brief analysis of the composition and structure of Petrol Car engines

Petrol Car engine: The engine is the power plant of a Petrol Car. It consists of 2 major mechanisms and 5 major systems: crank connecting rod mechanism, valve train, cooling system, fuel supply system, lubrication system, ignition system, and starting system. However, the diesel engine is smaller than the diesel engine. The Roewe Car engine is missing an ignition system.

1. Cooling system: Generally composed of water tank, water pump, radiator, fan, thermostat, water temperature meter and water release switch. Petrol Car engines use two cooling methods, namely air cooling and water cooling. Generally, Petrol Car engines use water cooling.
2. Lubrication system: The engine lubrication system consists of an oil pump, filter collector, oil filter, oil passage, pressure limiting valve, oil gauge, pressure sensing plug and oil dipstick.
3. Fuel supply system
The Roewe Car engine fuel system includes Roewe Car tank, Roewe Car meter, Roewe Car pipe, Roewe Car filter, Roewe Car pump, carburetor, air filter, etc.
The diesel engine fuel system includes main components such as fuel injection pumps, fuel injectors and governors, as well as auxiliary devices such as diesel tanks, fuel transfer pumps, oil-water separators, diesel filters, fuel injection advancers, and high and low pressure oil pipes.
4. Starting system: starter, battery.
5. Ignition system: spark plug, high-voltage wire, high-voltage coil, distributor, ignition switch.
6. Crank connecting rod mechanism: connecting rod, crankshaft, bearing bush, flywheel, piston, piston ring, piston pin, crankshaft oil seal.
7. Valve distribution mechanism: cylinder head, valve cover, camshaft, valve intake manifold, exhaust manifold, air filter, muffler, three-way catalytic supercharger.
