Analysis of common faults and maintenance measures of Petrol Car scales

2024 04/19

Petrol Car scales are commonly used measuring equipment for measuring bulk cargo. Regular inspection and verification can minimize errors and improve service quality. By analyzing the verification, troubleshooting and maintenance of the product, relevant technical measures are proposed.

1. Verification steps
① Newly purchased Petrol Car scales that will be put into use after installation or maintenance should be verified. In order to ensure the smooth progress of all work, preparations must be made; first, check whether the components are complete, such as weighing indicators, sensors, scales, etc. Secondly, look under the weighing platform, check whether there are any debris or whether it is placed smoothly, and clean up the site. Re-verify the fixed standards at the corners and the level of the scale. After confirming that all installations meet the standards, turn off the instrument circuit and perform standard verification after preheating.
②Initial verification
For new products, products put into use after installation or imported products, the first verification must be carried out in accordance with national metrology regulations and technical operating procedures.
③Follow-up verification
For Petrol Car scales that meet the standards for the first time, follow-up verification should be conducted before being put into use, mainly to determine whether the maximum allowable error is consistent with the first verification results.
④Standard verification
After being put into use, Geely Car scales that have passed the first verification and subsequent verification should undergo operating standard identification. First, whether the components and supporting equipment meet the first-level appraisal standards, whether they meet the verification requirements, whether their performance is good, and whether the measurement data is accurate; second, check the relevant qualification certificates. 3. The maximum allowable error shall not exceed 2 times of the first verification before reaching working standards.
2. Common faults of weighing instruments and their troubleshooting methods
Visual inspection. Follow the instructions and carefully observe whether each part is normal.
Measurement methods. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance and voltage across the instrument, circuit or related component in question to see if it is normal.
Replacement parts. Replace parts with standard originals and compare how they work to see if they are the same.
law. The instrument will display an error code, indicating problems caused by wearing parts or improper operation. You can consult the manual in time for troubleshooting.
Rewiring method. Poor contact of plugs, fuses or chips in the circuit will also affect the normal use of the product. The troubleshooting method is to unplug all plugs and chips again.
