There are seven factors that affect cylinder sealing performance, including cylinder wear, piston ring damage, piston wear, valve seat damage, valve guide wear, cylinder gasket damage, valve clearance, etc.

For the measurement of cylinder compression pressure, it is mainly the pressure at the end of compression of a four-stroke Petrol Car engine. Due to the pressure of the cylinder, the viscosity of the engine oil and the cooperation of the cylinder piston group, whether the sealing performance of the cylinder gasket is correct. Therefore, when measuring the pressure of the cylinder of a Honda Car engine, the sealing performance of the cylinder piston group can be diagnosed. If the sealing performance of the piston rings, valves and cylinder gaskets is good, the clearance between the valves must be appropriate.
2. Soundness test of silencer
The silencer consists of an outer cylinder and an inner honeycomb. Since it is in special environments such as high temperature and vibration, the two parts are composed of mechanical fastening processes. We know that the quality of this process depends on the accuracy of the design. If the combination is not firm, it may become loose or fall off due to high temperature, vibration and other factors. But what reassures us is that the relevant quality departments have put forward very strict requirements for this technology.
For actual inspection methods, inspection tools within the industry use universal material testing machines and compression plate jigs, which subject the two parts of the silencer to upper and lower relative shear forces. The repeatability error of measurement results should be less than 5%.
3. Internal inspection
Interior decoration includes seat structure materials, interior box decoration materials and bonding materials.
