Therefore, the air source of the machine tool should be checked every day and water and oil should be discharged. Clean filters and oil-water separators regularly. Pay attention to the front air source of the machine tool air source (air compressor or air storage tank with centralized air supply), and check it regularly;
③The guide rail of the Petrol Car CMM has high machining accuracy and a small gap with the air bearing. If there is dust or other impurities on the guide rails, it is easy to cause scratches on the air bearings and guide rails. Therefore, the machine's guide rails should be cleaned before each start-up. Wipe metal guide rails with aviation gasoline, and wipe granite guide rails with absolute ethanol.
④Remember not to lubricate the guide rails of any nature during maintenance;
⑤ Apply a small amount of anti-rust oil on the polished rod, screw and rack regularly;
⑥ When the Petrol Car CMM will not be used for a long time, be prepared before starting: control the indoor temperature and humidity (more than 24 hours), and regularly open the electric control cabinet in the humid environment in the south to fully dry the circuit board. Avoid damaging the electronic control system due to sudden power-on due to moisture. Then check whether the gas source and power supply are normal;
⑦ Check the power supply before turning on the machine. If possible, configure a regulated power supply and check the grounding regularly. Ground resistance is less than 4 ohms.
2. During the working period of the three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine for Petrol Car
① The Honda Car parts to be tested should be cleaned and deburred before being placed on the workbench for testing to prevent the coolant and processing residues remaining on the surface of the Honda Car parts after processing from affecting the measurement accuracy and the service life of the measuring machine probe;
② Before measurement, the measured part should be kept at a constant temperature indoors. If the temperature difference is too large, it will affect the measurement accuracy;
③ Large, Honda Car parts should be placed carefully on the workbench to avoid serious collision and damage to the workbench or Honda Car parts. If necessary, a thick piece of rubber can be placed on the workbench to prevent collision;
④After placing small and light parts on the workbench, they should be tightened before measurement, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected;
⑤ When working, the measuring base must be kept away from Honda Car parts when rotating (especially when equipped with a telescopic rod) to avoid collision;
